Executive Team

Mynde Bruhn

Chief Executive Officer

Mynde is co-founder and CEO for Leasington Property Management. She designs and implements property management strategies to ensure the successful achievement operational efficiencies and profitability for property owners and their assets.

Her experience includes all facets of property management service, including multi-family conventional, including “Class A, B and C,” distressed, renovations, new construction, garden style, mid-rise and high-rise and add-value properties.

Lori Elsey

Vice President of Finance

Lori is co-founder and CFO. She is the skill behind all our property budgeting and financial reporting at our property management company. She oversees accounts payable and receivable and makes sure that rents are collected, bills pay on time and financial statements are timely and accurate.

She has previously held financial and accounting positions with a national property management company and a regional property owner and has an MBA from the University of Houston.
